Property Energy Rating consists of a team of degree qualified professional engineers, who are dedicated to maximising the energy efficiency of every property we survey. We have the technical, industrial and professional experience to provide the Irish market with a comprehensive BER service.

BERs will be carried out by specially trained BER assessors, registered by Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI).
